It is okay if you did nothing today. It is okay if you don't know what to do. It is okay if you're not sure or certain of things. It is okay if you're scared of the future and it is totally okay if you're struggling to be positive.
Remember a lot of what usually weighs you down is not yours to carry, you need to stop minimizing your feelings and prioritizing everybody else's above yours. You also need to know that there are people who will always have your back no matter what and where you are. See peopel show us what they want us to see this isnt about invalidating the shit you have been through, or about "being positive". This is about knowing where you have come from and how you can move forward. Sometimes we stay so stuck in a moment that we forget to start taking the baby steps forward. Remember each thing that happens to us teaches us something, even if its small. Baby steps are still progress. You won't get an amazing result all of a sudden. It will come gradually to you for sure. for example when you start walking up the stairs u don't automatically reach the top floor, you have to go through them all in order to reach where you want to. that things teach us something new about ourselves or the world. It teaches us how to use skills or even learn a new one. But sometimes we need to take a look at the thing that is happening and ask ourselves, "What is this teaching me?" Instead of saying what is happening to me. You'll get there. Be gentle with yourself. You're doing the best you can under the circumstances. So take a moment and breathe.
